A leading hospital seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to support hospital revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic HB workflows, ensuring accurate billing, claims processing, and reimbursement in alignment with payer requirements and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include configuring, building, and maintaining Epic Resolute HB modules; supporting hospital billing workflows including DRG coding, charge capture, and claims processing; ensuring accurate claim submission and reimbursement compliance; analyzing and resolving billing edits, denials, and system issues; collaborating with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams; performing system testing, upgrades, and enhancements; providing production support and troubleshooting; and maintaining documentation for workflows and system changes.
Required qualifications include Epic Resolute HB Certification, proven experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle operations, strong understanding of DRG coding and claims lifecycle, experience with system build and support in Epic HB, knowledge of payer rules and regulatory requirements, and a background in healthcare finance or hospital revenue cycle management. Preferred qualifications include experience working in large healthcare systems or multi-facility environments and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
