The Revenue Cycle Analyst (RCA) position is crucial in maximizing net patient revenue while supporting Access Community Health Centers' mission to improve health and lives. The role addresses patient billing inquiries, supports the sliding fee discount program review, and assists with Epic registration and professional billing software applications. The RCA collaborates with finance and clinical teams, reports to the Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, and resolves system issues by engaging leadership and UW Health contacts. The position supports front-end revenue cycle functions in primary care including behavioral health, dental, and medical.
Required qualifications include 3+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle, proficiency with Epic or similar healthcare practice management software, Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of insurance referral and billing requirements, and understanding of Medicaid. Desired qualifications include familiarity with healthcare cost reduction programs and an associate degree.

- Minimum 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience with Epic or equivalent healthcare practice management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
