We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support physician billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and revenue optimization initiatives. This role will work closely with revenue cycle stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure accurate reimbursement.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining Epic Resolute PB workflows, supporting charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement cycles, performing system configuration, testing, and validation, troubleshooting billing issues and resolving claim edits/denials, collaborating with coding, billing, and finance teams, ensuring compliance with payer regulations and billing guidelines, supporting system upgrades, optimizations, and go-live activities, developing documentation, and providing end-user training.
- Epic Resolute PB Certification
- 2+ years of Epic PB experience
- Strong knowledge of physician billing workflows
- Experience with claims, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes
- Preferred revenue cycle or physician billing experience
