Job Summary:

• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, and system maintenance.
• Act as primary consultant for troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships for issue escalation and support.
• Resolve complex client concerns during installation, operation, maintenance, or solution application.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
• Work with project teams to design functional solutions and resolve issues.
• Build positive relationships with business operations, ITS leadership, and vendors.
• Provide routine and maintenance support to current and non-production applications.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives aligning with business strategies.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong operational foundation in HIM/coding including leadership, auditing, or education.
• Clear understanding of compliance, productivity, and escalation best practices.
• Epic HIM Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• 5+ years of Information Systems analyst experience.
• Direct Epic build/configuration experience (HB/PB/HIM), especially workqueues, routing logic, and coding workflows.
• Experience with revenue cycle optimization or transformation efforts.
• Understanding of mid-cycle interdependencies (CDI, coding, charging, edits).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery dates.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution experience.
