Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. You will utilize your expertise in dental hygiene to assess, educate, and treat patients across various procedures, creating a positive environment ensuring healthier smiles and increased confidence.

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
Conduct thorough patient assessments reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and dental conditions.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Take and interpret medical imaging such as X-rays while maintaining infection control.
Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix) ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Monitor and record vital signs and other relevant health information to support care.

Requirements:

Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current state certification.
Experience in general or pediatric dentistry or dental clinic settings.
Proficiency with EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and medical coding standards.
Ability to perform chairside assisting in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with compassion and professionalism.
