Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Epic Resolute HB modules, supporting DRG coding, claims processing and billing compliance, analyzing reimbursement workflows to optimize revenue cycle performance, troubleshooting billing discrepancies and payer issues, collaborating with finance and compliance teams, and participating in system upgrades and testing cycles.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Epic Resolute HB Certification
- Experience with hospital billing and revenue cycle systems
