Vitruvian Health, a leading healthcare system in northwest Georgia and southeast Tennessee, is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst. This role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Epic hospital billing module. Key responsibilities include configuring, building, and installing the application, analyzing workflows, understanding clinical/business policies, conducting precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications, system testing, and data validation. The analyst develops internal procedures, change control processes, user training aids, and provides end-user training and support during go-live and stabilization periods.
This position functions under the direction of senior analysts or team leads and acts as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to the billing application.
- Experience with Epic hospital billing modules (Resolute) or similar healthcare billing systems
- Strong analytical skills to assess and document clinical and business workflows
- Ability to conduct system testing and validate data conversions
- Excellent communication skills to develop training materials and support end users
