You will review and submit accurate dental insurance claims with the right attachments, including x-rays and narratives where required; ensure claims are submitted within 24 hours of treatment; follow up and resolve outstanding claims within 30 days; process EOBs, denials, and appeals; conduct audits on patient accounts and keep the billing cycle moving; uphold strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA regulations; and perform other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, in-person position Monday through Friday based in Springfield, MO.
Dental experience in any area of a dental office is required. Experience with dental practice management systems. Comfortable reading dental x-rays and working with narratives. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and dental practice management systems. Exceptionally organized, focused, and self-motivated.
