As an Experienced Medical Billing Account Manager, you will manage the revenue cycle for healthcare providers, ensuring accurate billing and collections, strong client account management, and operational efficiency.
The role requires familiarity with full revenue cycle management and at least 3 years of OBGYN medical billing experience. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing EOB's and ERA's for payment issues, claims review and submission, applying modifiers, claims follow up, statement management, conducting billing via electronic solutions, identifying compliance issues, and sharing payer updates.
Applicants selected for in-person interviews will take a billing skills test covering EOB interpretation, denial analysis, and NCCI claim rejection.
Other duties or special projects may be assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years OBGYN medical billing experience
- Strong knowledge of full revenue cycle management
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
- Experience with medical billing and coding, CPT, and ICD-10
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical office operations
- Strong medical collection and communication skills
