ABA Credentialing and Billing Associate

Little Champs ABA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ABA Credentialing and Billing Associate to join our growing team. This full-time position supports clinical and operational departments by overseeing provider credentialing, insurance enrollments, billing, and compliance across multiple states.

The role requires managing credentialing and recredentialing for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, tracking compliance, submitting insurance applications, and maintaining records. It also involves assisting with ABA billing processes, claims submission, authorization tracking, and resolving billing issues.

Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams is critical to ensure smooth operations and timely reimbursement. The position demands strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on supporting quality ABA services for children and families.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in ABA credentialing, medical billing, or healthcare administration preferred Knowledge of insurance credentialing and claims processes Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with computer systems and documentation tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
