The role requires communication with patients, healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and vendors to process orders and confirm medical records meet insurance guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with appeals for prior authorization denials, placing orders for DME, imaging, and specialty drugs, data entry with patient and insurance details, and maintaining accurate communication and documentation.
