As a Medical Claims Research Analyst on the Medical Billing and Claims team, you will investigate insurance claims, document communications, ensure accurate insurance payments, support centers nationwide, communicate with patients about payments and appeals, track aged accounts, and identify payment trends.
You will receive thorough training on Cranial Technologies' unique processes and work in a collaborative, positive environment focused on improving infant health.
This role offers hybrid work after 90 days in the office at the Tempe, AZ headquarters.
