Live. Grow. Share. is a Peer-Run Behavioral Health Organization in Eugene, Oregon. Established in September 2023, the practice has grown to 40 employees and a client census of 220. Their systems include Kipu EHR and Kipu RCM (formerly Avea).
Responsibilities include posting payments received, working with health insurance remittances, insurance and Medicaid verification and authorizations, researching and resolving denied claims, collaborating with the admin team on claims, submitting billing data to insurance providers, processing claims, conducting audits, and navigating EHR and RCM systems to verify client data and encounters.
The role starts with 1-2 days per week, increasing as the organization grows, with plans for two new residential treatment homes this year. Full-time positions are 32 hours per week with benefits. The organization values lived experience in mental health and addiction, fostering a supportive environment.

Experience in Medicaid billing. Attention to detail. Ability to learn new systems. Familiarity with behavioral health billing and diagnosis codes.
