We are seeking an experienced Financial / Insurance Coordinator who is detail-oriented, professional, and skilled in patient communication.
The ideal candidate understands dental benefits, insurance claims, and financial arrangements, and can support strong case acceptance.
Responsibilities include managing and following up on insurance claims, presenting treatment plans and financial options, handling collections and payment arrangements, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting case acceptance, assisting patients with financial inquiries and explaining insurance benefits, supporting office management tasks like scheduling and phone handling, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate dental records for billing accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications: 2+ years of dental insurance/financial coordination experience, knowledge of CDT/CPT codes and insurance processes, strong organizational and customer service skills, experience with dental practice management software (Curve preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication with patients and insurance providers, bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish), prior dental or clinical office experience, ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position in Hackensack, NJ.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
