The position also includes acting as the primary contact for Care Coordinators to verify authorizations and project status, scheduling home modification assessments, and maintaining organized digital and physical project files.
Candidates should have previous bookkeeping or accounting experience (mandatory QuickBooks experience), familiarity with insurance billing in healthcare or environmental modifications is highly preferred, and strong verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence. The ability to multitask between financial data entry and active coordination by phone or email is important.
