Atlantic Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Coordinator to join their orthopedic specialty group in the New Hampshire Seacoast area. This full-time, in-person role supports all internal worker’s compensation functions under the guidance of the Billing Manager. Key responsibilities include processing workers' compensation patient claims, record keeping, communicating with medical providers and insurance companies, and assisting with claim authorizations. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and some knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred. Experience with workers' comp intake, claims submission, negotiations, and AR is a plus.

Location: Portsmouth, NH (with additional offices in York, ME and Dover, NH).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years medical administrative support experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer and data entry skills
- Billing/coding certificate or special training is a plus
- Previous experience with workers' compensation processes is a plus
- Basic CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge preferred
