The Billing and Coding Assistant at Center for Primary Care provides support services that help optimize revenue and maintain compliance while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supporting accurate and compliant medical billing and coding, assisting billing and coding specialists, managing patient accounts primarily by phone, processing claims, resolving claim errors and denials, and assisting with revenue cycle performance reporting. The role involves fostering strong team relationships and participating in training and mentoring to promote continuous growth.

Education requirements: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in medical coding or billing preferred. No prior experience required but up to 2 years' healthcare billing office experience preferred. Experience with electronic health records is a plus.
The position is onsite, full-time, Monday-Friday, with market competitive base pay commensurate with education and experience.
