- Communicating with patients, physician offices, and internal teams to obtain required insurance billing documentation
- Researching and resolving documentation discrepancies
- Collaborating with sales representatives and internal teams on documentation issues
- Ensuring timely filing deadlines are met for billable orders
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations
Qualifications:
