This hybrid role combines front office administrative responsibilities with hands-on support as a Physical Therapy Aide/Technician. Key duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient registration, coordinating referrals and authorizations, collecting co-pays, assisting physical therapists, preparing treatment areas, maintaining clinic supplies, and supporting patients professionally throughout their therapy experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication and patient service skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with EMR systems and basic office software. Physical tasks such as standing, walking, and assisting with clinic setup are required.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office, customer service, medical office, or PT aide/tech preferred
- Knowledge of referral and authorization processes preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology such as ICD-10 and CPT codes is advantageous
