Lead Child and Adolescent Therapist

Blackbird Health, a clinician-founded provider delivering virtual and in-person pediatric mental health services, is seeking a Lead Child and Adolescent Therapist to join and lead their new Frederick, Maryland clinic.

This full-time hybrid role involves carrying a clinical caseload for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26) and serving as an on-site clinical leader to support team culture, collaborate with leadership, and ensure high-quality care. The position emphasizes after-school hours and weekends and includes flexibility for remote work.

You will deliver evidence-based individual therapy, develop and adjust treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including PMHNPs, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists), and maintain thorough clinical documentation. This leadership role offers growth opportunities and the chance to be a founding clinical voice in a new market.
