Certified ICD-10 Medical Coder for a 100% remote U.S. role supporting AI initiatives that improve clinical documentation and healthcare solutions.
In this role, you will review medical records, assign accurate ICD-10 codes, ensure coding compliance, and help improve the quality and consistency of AI-powered healthcare workflows used by providers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ICD-10 and/or CPT medical coding
- Active coding certification such as CPC, CCS, CCA, or an equivalent credential
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding guidelines, medical terminology, and healthcare documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Experience with EHR systems, healthcare technology, or speech-to-text platforms preferred
- Exposure to data annotation, quality assurance, or AI-related healthcare projects preferred
