Rendr is a primary care-focused, multi-specialty medical group serving the Asian community in New York City. The organization provides value-based health care across more than 100 clinical offices in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and Nassau County.

The Medical Biller will join the Central Billing team and handle insurance claims billing, follow-up, collections, denied claims, appeals, and unpaid claim inquiries. The role requires direct communication with third-party payers and consistent resolution of billing-related issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of billing experience in an outpatient setting
Strong attention to detail
Primary care billing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Strong time management and self-direction
Bilingual English and Chinese preferred
