3+ years of dermatology coding experience, including MOHS and J-Codes
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, DRG, CPT, and modifiers
Proficiency with billing software and EHR systems
Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability while remaining a team player
Clear and professional communication skills with providers, payers, and patients
Coding certification is a plus, but not required
