At Renew Vein and Vascular, the in-house Medical Biller will support timely and accurate reimbursement by managing medical billing, claim submission, payment posting, denial resolution, and accounts receivable follow-up. This role works closely with providers and staff to maintain efficient revenue cycle operations and ensure billing compliance.
The practice is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in billing regulations, payer requirements, and EHR/PM systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing, preferably in a vascular or specialty practice
- Proficiency with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma required
- Certification in medical billing and coding preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service
