Aegis is a YC-backed AI startup building agents that manage insurance denial appeals end-to-end. The company helps hospitals and medical groups recover more revenue from denied claims while reducing manual work for provider teams.
You will review complex inpatient denial cases, evaluate appeal letters drafted by Aegis’s AI, and identify how they can be improved. Your feedback will help determine what information is missing, which arguments are weak or incomplete, what documentation should be included, what issues a payer reviewer may flag, and whether an appeal is likely to be upheld or overturned.
Your input will directly influence how Aegis evaluates, trains, and improves its AI agents.
