Medical Biller

We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process insurance billing forms, and collect the documentation needed from clients. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and comfort spending much of the day on the phone.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance claims, processing forms from insurance companies, helping patients navigate billing and insurance, entering billing and payment information accurately, following up on payments, and answering phones while maintaining confidentiality.
