Now hiring for a Medical Biller / Payment Reconciliation Specialist role focused on ensuring payments are accurately posted, reconciled, researched, and accounted for while partnering with Revenue Cycle, Billing, Finance, and EDI teams.
This position goes beyond traditional payment posting and involves hands-on support for payment reconciliation, bank activity review, ERA and EOB workflows, refund processing, EFT initiatives, and revenue integrity.
3+ years of medical payment posting, payment reconciliation, or healthcare revenue cycle experience
Experience with manual EOBs, bank reconciliation, deposits, and payment research
Knowledge of CARC/RARC codes and remittance workflows
Experience with AdvancedMD, Waystar, or similar practice management systems preferred
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
