• Previous experience in medical billing, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting • Hands-on knowledge of Medicaid billing processes and claim requirements • Ability to manage billing functions, payment follow-up, and collection-related activities accurately • Experience reviewing eligibility details and completing Medicaid eligibility verification • Understanding of revenue management principles and transaction monitoring in a billing environment • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial and billing records • Comfortable working onsite in Miami, Florida in a permanent billing support role
