Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims. The role requires effective communication while accurately and efficiently handling a high volume of claims. Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer and keyboarding skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory
- Prior revenue cycle experience
- Healthcare billing or insurance experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
