NHC HomeCare Florida Regional Office is seeking an Insurance A/R Specialist to support the accurate and timely collection of homecare accounts receivable from Medicare, managed care, and commercial insurance. The role works under the direction of the Billing Manager and supports billing, collections, claim follow-up, and issue resolution for homecare accounts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional business and computer courses are desirable
- 3+ years of third-party healthcare billing experience, preferably in home health care
- Experience with multiple carriers, EOBs, and claims denials
- Knowledge of Medicare and third-party insurance guidelines
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and high attention to detail
- Investigative mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
