Senior outpatient medical billing and revenue cycle role focused on denials, accounts receivable follow-up, payer portals, EOB/ERA review, payment posting, and claims cleanup.
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a growing behavioral health group practice with four Florida offices and a team of roughly 50 clinicians. The back office uses documented processes, modern systems, and clear administrative career ladders.
This is the first dedicated senior seat in the revenue cycle function. The role owns the claims pipeline for outpatient behavioral health services, including clean claim submission, payment posting and reconciliation, denials management, AR follow-up, payer portal work, and documentation of the playbook. The position reports to the Practice Manager and works in the EHR and SimplePractice.
This is a W-2 employee role with a hybrid schedule and required weekly on-site days. Fully remote work is not available.
Must have at least 3 years of hands-on medical billing, revenue cycle, AR, or payer follow-up experience.
Experience should include denials management or AR follow-up, not only payment posting or data entry. Outpatient specialty billing experience is required.
Candidates should be fluent in EOBs, ERAs, denial codes, appeals, resubmissions, timely-filing rules, and payer portals such as Availity or similar systems. Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding for outpatient services is required.
Must be comfortable handling PHI and working within HIPAA expectations.
Strong written documentation habits are important.
Preferred experience includes outpatient behavioral health billing, SimplePractice or a similar behavioral health EHR, and identifying and resolving denial patterns to prevent repeat rework.
Hourly pay of $23-$28 based on experience.
Full-time W-2 employee role.
