Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance verification experience required
- EPIC Certification preferred but not required
- FQHC experience preferred but not required
- Understanding of insurance benefits, eligibility verification, medical terminology, and coding
- Proficiency in real-time eligibility tools and payer portal navigation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
