- Preferred experience in a facility setting
- Experience with DDE, Ability Ease, Novitasphere, nThrive, Cerner, and related systems
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with electronic patient information systems
- Ability to function as a subject matter expert (SME) for Medicare
