Maxim Management Services, LLC serves as the operational team of WNY Urology Associates. The organization is seeking an experienced medical biller to join its team of professionals.

As a medical biller, you will submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers such as Medicare and Medicaid. This role supports the financial cycle for WNY Urology's providers and medical centers.

Responsibilities include:

Correct, edit, and manage denied claims related to invalid CPT codes, invalid diagnosis codes, missing modifiers, incorrect insurance carriers, invalid eligibility, authorization or referral issues, missing documentation, and other open tasks.
Audit, generate, upload, and submit insurance claims, including paper submissions when appropriate.
Review rejected claims, make corrections, and resubmit claims to payers.
Handle internal communication with health centers related to insurance billing and collections.
Coordinate with the Network Administrator II to ensure accurate billing information is submitted.
Work with the Billing Manager to maximize revenue potential.
Maintain confidentiality of all department, patient, and billing matters.
