Provide support to the Revenue Cycle team by reviewing coverage discovery for scheduled patient appointments, documenting coverage in Epic, identifying trends in patient responsibility collections across clinic locations, recommending process improvements, and communicating with clinical and operations leadership on coverage discovery and revenue cycle topics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- Epic PB experience; certification preferred
- RHIA, RHIT, or CPC certification required
- Experience with revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training
- Experience with clearinghouse workflows
- Knowledge of third-party coverage discovery
- Ability to interpret RTE results
Preferred
- Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, or RHC revenue cycle experience
- Mississippi healthcare experience
