ScribeAmerica is hiring Medical Scribes to support physicians by documenting patient visits in real time across a variety of healthcare settings.
You will work alongside doctors to capture patient histories, exams, test results, prescriptions, and other chart details using EHR systems. The role helps ensure accurate medical documentation so clinicians can focus on patient care.
This position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to gain hands-on clinical exposure in outpatient and emergency department settings.
High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
- Access to a laptop for training
- Proof of vaccinations may be required
No experience required; training is provided.
