Aeroflow Health is seeking a Urology Billing Representative to support its Urology division, which provides medical supplies for patients with diagnoses such as urinary incontinence.
In this role, you will focus on denied claims, payer research, reimbursement support, and insurance-related problem solving. The team works with medical documentation, insurance audits, and reporting trends for improvement.
You will receive training on internal systems, denial resolution strategies, compliance rules, and key performance metrics before transitioning into independent work on assigned billing reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of recent work history
- Prior work experience in healthcare or health insurance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and a critical thinker
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable
- Comfortable working with technology
- Ability to maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality
