RehabVisions is hiring a Clinic Billing Specialist to support accurate healthcare claims processing, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. This role works closely with internal teams, insurance carriers, and sometimes patients to help ensure timely reimbursement while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and facility-specific requirements.
The position is on-site in Omaha, Nebraska.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous billing experience is strongly preferred, especially in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn specialized billing and practice management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
