Monitors and ensures payments for medical services are received in a timely manner, and reviews claims for accuracy, compliance, and completeness according to contracts and payer requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, including oral comprehension, oral expression, written comprehension, and written expression
- Outstanding public relations and customer service experience
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to maintain accuracy with interruptions
- Ability to use sound judgment and cope with potentially stressful situations
