The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for initial credentialing and enrollment of providers across a variety of specialties. This role also monitors and administers maintenance of licenses, certifications, privileges, malpractice coverage, and contract specifications, including address updates and re-validations.
The position requires strong organization and time management skills, along with professional communication with clients, insurers, and industry contacts. Duties may vary daily and are expected to be completed within management-defined timeframes.
This role may also support the in-house Contracting Team with overflow tasks.
Work location is hybrid, with in-person availability in Tucson, Arizona.
- 1 year of Primary Source Verification (PSV) experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of medical provider credentialing experience required
