Accounting Operations Specialist

As an Accounting Operations Specialist at BodySpec, you will own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily bookkeeping end to end. You’ll help keep the back office accurate and efficient for a growing healthcare company with 20+ locations and 600,000+ scans.

Your work will focus on clean books, timely bill payments, tight processes, and reliable financial operations that support the company’s continued growth.

You will:

• Own daily bookkeeping in Ramp, including reviewing feeds, coding uncategorized items, handling escalations, and following up on receipts and coding issues
• Own accounts payable end to end, including timely payment of bills and prevention of duplicate payments
• Manage vendors, including setup, W-9 collection, and maintenance of payment terms and records
• Run accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Own the monthly close checklist and complete month-end close within seven days
• Produce light operational reporting such as AR aging summaries and exception reports
• Support 1099 preparation and provide records for audits or reviews
• Improve and document SOPs to prevent recurring issues
