Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in HIM or a related field preferred
- RHIA or RHIT preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) operations or a related field
- Experience with EHR systems such as EPIC and OnBase required
- Knowledge of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) quality measures
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong critical thinking, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
