The Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst supports the HIM department with a variety of medical records and information management tasks. Responsibilities include handling birth registry requirements, scanning and quality control of medical records, releasing information, and providing backup support for HIM functions as needed.
This is an on-site role with training scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After training, the schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role requires regular movement throughout the hospital and interaction with patients, families, physicians, and nursing staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of experience
- Healthcare experience preferred

- Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other customers
