Key responsibilities include:
- Scanning and indexing documents into the EHR
- Filing and record retrieval
- Assisting with release-of-information workflows
- Applying ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge as needed to maintain record integrity
- Handling routine audits and tracking requests
- Communicating clearly with patients, providers, and coworkers
Requirements & Qualifications
