Supports accounts for patients who have exhausted their Medicare benefits during their stay in the facility. The role is responsible for billing, collecting, and resolving claims across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and other involved payers to ensure accurate reimbursement and proper account resolution.
This position is on-site, bonus eligible, and works first shift Monday through Friday.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of collection experience

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects
