Serve as a senior-level application analyst supporting Epic ASAP and Emergency Department workflows.
Analyze, configure, test, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.
Collaborate with Emergency Department clinicians, leadership, and operational stakeholders to identify system requirements and workflow improvements.
Translate clinical and business requirements into effective Epic application solutions.
Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide timely resolution.
Participate in Epic upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and system optimization projects.
Epic ASAP certification required.
Candidates with Epic ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as a backup if ASAP certification is not available.
Minimum 4 years of experience working in an Epic application workspace.
Demonstrated professional experience working with Emergency Department workflows.
