Radiology practice providing diagnostic and interventional radiology services across multiple South Florida facilities is seeking a Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing, collections, accounts receivable, denial management, and broader revenue cycle operations.
This role is responsible for creating structure, accountability, efficiency, and measurable financial results across the revenue cycle. The manager will oversee daily billing operations while driving improvements in workflow efficiency, cash collections, denial reduction, and accounts receivable performance.
The position requires a leader who can manage staff, establish performance expectations, improve processes, identify operational weaknesses, and implement practical solutions that strengthen revenue cycle outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Radiology billing experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounts receivable management
- Denial prevention and appeals
- Revenue cycle operations
- Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and HMO plans
- EOB and ERA analysis
- Insurance verification and authorization processes
- Timely filing requirements
- Revenue cycle KPIs and performance metrics
- Proficiency with AdvancedMD and payer portals required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve collections and operational performance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive measurable results
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
