We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a care management company. This role is part of the Revenue Cycle team and is responsible for accurate and timely submission of medical claims for care management services. The position requires a strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, payer billing guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on medical billing and coding experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts receivable experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements
- Familiarity with EHR and Practice Management systems
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred certifications: CPB, CPC, CCS, CPMA, or RHIT
- Experience with CCM, BHI, RPM, or TCM billing preferred
- Knowledge of value-based care models and managed care contracting preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business, or a related field preferred
