Join LifeStance Health’s Shared Services team as a Revenue Integrity Coding Specialist, supporting Revenue Cycle Management and financial performance.
This role focuses on CPT/ICD-10 coding accuracy, claim scrubbing, payer audit management, and denial prevention. You will help identify coding errors, analyze trends, support post-payment and pre-payment reviews, and partner with internal teams to resolve root causes and improve revenue integrity.
The position is remote and open to candidates in any U.S. locality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified coder preferred or required qualification through one of the following: CPC, CPC-A, CCS, CPMA, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience coaching or applying clinical coding in a healthcare setting may be considered
- Strong knowledge of CPT rules, ICD-10 guidelines, payer audits, rebuttals, and redeterminations
- Experience with electronic medical records, practice management software, and HIPAA requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of mental or behavioral health is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
