Verity MD

VerityMD Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Medical Biller, Prior Authorization and Revenue Cycle Specialist for its Folsom neurology clinic.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day revenue cycle operations of a four-provider specialty practice. Responsibilities include insurance verification for new referrals, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial follow-up, accounts receivable, credentialing, and staff training.

The practice uses Tebra for billing and revenue cycle workflows, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new systems and adapting as the organization grows.

The specialist will work closely with providers, front-office staff, the calling team, and the clinical team to help ensure patients are financially cleared before scheduling, charges are entered correctly, claims are submitted promptly, and authorization-related delays are minimized.
